I have also watched many live examples for your point #7 that people spend many of there time for thinking what is good for them, what should they do know, what should be the working plan, what should be the plan of action but they did not implement these things in their business. My addition to this already great list is not investing money in the beginning. I know that money is tight when you start a business but focusing your funds on the important things (like design, knowledge, etc) . There are times to scrimp and save and there are times to invest. By not investing in the beginning, you tend to greatly limit your growth

I kind of “fell into” my at home business. I was a customer of their website division a few years ago. A big one — and forgive me if it’s been mentioned — is not building your tribe before launching a product. I hear from people a LOT that they’ve created this AMAZING course that NO ONE wants to buy. It does’t mean your list, or your FB group, or whatever, has to be massive. It just means they have to be loyal and know/like/trust you, want more of what you do or who you are, and excited to take the next step with you. I launch what I consider to be crazy-successful programs that started with 10 people in a basement (whatever the online equivalent to that is). It doesn’t happen overnight. You need to build relationships. Your course isn’t going to sell itself.
You can sell your products in numerous ways. 1. Link your website on other similar sites, and in exchange, you link their website on your pages. 2. Look for free websites like Craigslist.org, local.com, Google+, etc. 3. Use all the social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin.com, or Google Hangouts. These sites give you a free account, then you search their site for people or business with similar interest and engage and follow those people. Be careful of the spam policies. This is free but time-consuming. 4. Pay for ads on Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
